Polypix Centrifuge Tubes 10 mL, 15mL | 50mL are made of high-quality polypropylene (PP) and are designed for your everyday centrifugation and storage needs. These tubes include large white marking area and black easy-to-read graduations. Smooth inner walls for easy filling and sample preparation. These leak-proof conical-bottom centrifuge tubes prevent breakage and leakage during high-speed centrifugation. They are available with a flat cap that is easy to label for horizontal applications. Centrifuge tubes feature labelling areas that help reduce smearing of lab markers and also help protect sample labelling from damage during procedures

Cryogenic Vials

Polypix Cryogenic Vials are manufactured from high-quality polypropylene for storing cells, tissues, microbiological samples, nucleic acid and protein samples in extreme temperatures ranging from -196 to +121°C. Do not use cryogenic vials for storage in the liquid phase of liquid nitrogen. Only store vials in the vapour phase above the liquefied gas. Cryopreservation is an essential process for halting almost all chemical reactions during long-term storage and for preventing sample degradation. Cryogenic vial closures and tubes are made of polypropylene with the same coefficient of expansion, which further enhances the leak proof qualities of these vials at various temperatures.
